You may also have access to a Feedback form. You may email us with any questions, comments, suggestion or other message. When you email us, we ask for your email address so that we may respond to you, if necessary.
We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. We do not divulge your personal information to any third parties unless the law requires us to do so. However, we do share, as we direct, your personal information with our business partners for our marketing purposes or with our business partners for their marketing purposes, or both.
If merchandise is not in stock, we will provide your shipping information directly to our vendor so that they may ship directly to you. Like Ultra Marketing, our vendors/business partners do not sell, divulge or disclose the personal information they receive from us to any third party without your permission.
If you do not feel comfortable providing us with this information via the Internet, you may place an order by calling our customer service department.
Once you register with us, you may shop and make purchases without repeatedly providing us with your billing and shipping information, unless of course you want your order shipped to a new address. If at anytime you wish to change your billing or shipping address, you may do so by updating your profile. You have the right to have any of the information you provided removed at any time. To remove your information and/or terminate your registration, please use the feedback form on the Site or send us an email or call our customer service department.
This Site is a general audience Site and does not target or intend to collect personal information from children. If Ultra Marketing learns that it has received or collected personal information from a child, Ultra Marketing will take reasonable steps to provide a parent with parental notice of such collection and delete this information, if parents so request.
Ultra Marketing reserves the right to co-operate fully with local, provincial and federal officials in any investigation relating to any content provided by you (including personal information) or purported unlawful activities that may involve your participation.
